Coming to these [Pivot & Slay Entrepreneur Meetup] events with Jessica Dennehy, watching her speak is extremely motivating and very inspiring. Highly recommend it to all my friends. I’ll see you at the next one!
Coach Jess is the perfect combination of savvy and strategic. Having both a traditional legal background alongside the grit and hustle of a modern day entrepreneur gives her a unique edge as a coach, confidant and sounding board. Any up and comer or seasoned entrepreneur would be lucky to have her in their corner, I know I was!
Being a 24 year old entrepreneur and first time business owner, sometimes you can feel isolated and alone. Having as much ambition as you have, being as hungry as you are, having the goals that you set for yourself. And before I got my hands on Jessicas book, before I even opened the book and read her words straight from her mind, I felt that I had met somebody who could reflect back to me the same ambition and goals. Reading the book just confirmed that. I had never read a book that actually made me feel that way and I felt seen as an entrepreneur. I felt seen as a new business owner. I felt seen as somebody who has goals and dreams for themselves. Honestly, if it wasn’t for that book, I wouldn’t be here right now.
The thing that I like about Jessica is, she has this way of pulling stuff out of you that you would have never thought about before. She’s gonna tell you how it is, she’s gonna tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you wanna hear. She presents it in a way that’s both compassionate and to the point. Not only does it make you think, it makes you realize that this is what I need to do to get ahead and be successful.
I’ve had the chance to be working with Jessica for about six months now and in a word, it’s been a transformative experience.
